Return to Campus Survey - March 2021

Dear Middle and Upper School Parents,

Thank you for letting us know your thoughts regarding when you will be comfortable allowing your daughter to return to campus for on-campus learning or social emotional group activities. Please know:

This information is to give us a general sense of the numbers of students we can expect on campus.
As the date of return approaches, you will receive specific information on the details of your student's time on campus to help you make your final decision, and the division office will be in contact with you directly to finalize student plans for after Spring Break.

Please fill out one survey for each of your daughters in the Middle and Upper Schools.
